right click on your desktop and select personalise (or) go to control panal→appearance and personalisation→personalistion


click the "change mouse pointers" option on your left top


now open the popup window then click the "browse" option



then view lot of defult cursor and choose your's liked cursor

browse cursor from your computer



then click ok


and refresh computer
